This is day 2 of my Hip Anatomy Seminar, hosted by Bronx Yoga Lab, where we will work to deepen our understanding of the pelvis and discover new ways to unlock the hips from all angles. The workshop will open with a brief anatomy discussion followed by a variety of poses and modifications aimed towards increasing hip strength and flexibility. Day 2 will focus on the glutes, hamstrings, and abductors.
