Join me for a 75-minute virtual workshop where we will dive into all the ways in which yoga can help improve your spine flexibility! You’ll walk away with a number of poses you can continue to practice on your own to help with building a more mobile spine.

The workshop will kick off with a brief discussion on spine flexibility, followed by an assortment of poses aimed towards tackling the spine from all angles!
